Dr. Eidelman To Defend Himself Against Attack By Medical Board

Come See Dr. Eidelman Defend Himself Against Attack By Medical Board June 1-4, 9am-5pm Office of Administrative Hearings, 320 W 4th St # 630 Los Angeles, CA 90013

The Medical Board is accusing William S Eidelman, M.D., of violating "standard of care" in his recommendation of cannabis to a parolee. They would like to take away his medical license.

The complaint was made by the parole officer, for no reason other than Dr. Eidelman issued a cannabis recommendation. This is a blatant attack on patients and doctors alike.

Dr. Eidelman was one of the first physicians in southern California to offer cannabis recommendations under the Compassionate Use Act, helping seriously ill patients who could not find other physicians to help them.

Patients and other supporters of the Compassionate Use Act are welcome to show their support for Dr. Eidelman.

Supporters should dress and act appropriately for a courtroom setting.
