E N O U G H A L R E A D Y FrontBurner Corner Taco , a food truck known for its unusually good tacos and nachos, has signed a 10-year lease on a brick-and-mortar location in Five Points. The restaurant will keep the same name as the food truck and will occupy the former location of Gina's Deli at 818 Post Street. The menu, for the most part, will remain the same, with a few exceptions, including expanded salad options. Once the restaurant opens, the mobile lunch service will end, but the signature Airstream trailer will be permanently stationed in the lot next door. • Kazu Japanese Restaurant is now open at Merchant's Way, 9965 San Jose Blvd. near The Loop and Carrabba's Italian Grill., serving a variety of Japanese cuisine. • Buffalo Wild Wings has opened at a new location on the Southside of Jacksonville in the Avenues Mall. The restaurant serves New York-style wings as well as 30 beers on draft and houses some 35 TVs, along with two giant projection screens over the central bar. It is located on the second floor of the mall across from Ruby Tuesday. • The Donut Shoppe in Arlington will now be open seven days a week. This is the first time since the Shoppe debuted in 1962 that cus-tomers can enjoy a treat any day of their choosing. The bakery is located at 1530 University Blvd N., not far from Jacksonville University. • San Marco’s dining scene continues to grow along Hendricks Avenue with the opening of a new pizza joint, Veloce Pizzeria Napoletana , the latest concept of Rudy Theale, restaurateur and owner of Nipper's Beach Grille in Jax Beach. The restaurant’s kitchen will house three wood ovens that can crank up the heat, reportedly producing pies in just 60 seconds. The restaurant is located at 1406 Hendricks Ave. and is set to open in early March. • Oceanside and Sunrise Café , two restaurants at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation, have recently opened their doors to the public.
